In a relaxed introductory conversation via video call, we’ll delve deeper into the details: What kind of atmosphere do you want? What feeling do you want your guests to take away? I’ll listen, ask questions, share initial ideas – and you tell me your budget. If the chemistry is right, we’ll start planning together.
You’ll receive a clear quote that outlines all services fairly and transparently. This way, you know exactly what to expect – both financially and organizationally. Together, we’ll decide what your event needs – and what not.
Now it’s getting concrete: I’ll present you with a customized event concept – including the location, a suitable F&B concept, content, design, guest handling, and a potpourri of inspiring elements such as art, healing, music, and wellbeing. And if you’re wavering between two vibes, there’s at least one suitable alternative.
On the day of your event, I’ll be by your side—calm, present, and reliable. I’ll coordinate all service providers, keep track of the schedule, and be your first point of contact for all organizational matters. You can let go, settle in, and celebrate—completely in the moment, completely with your guests.
